About me
Hello: I am Valentín Cózar. I am 56 years old. I am Spanish.
I have lived more than 30 years in Germany and Portugal.
I have always been passionate about human communication, psychology, the possibility of understanding each other if there is the will, the mysteries of darker side of human nature.
I fell in love with the power of words to create universes and I dedicated many years of my life to literature. Literature to escape, to name the unnameable, to heal the soul and to have tools to face adversity.
I have spent 30 years of my life teaching adults Spanish as a foreign language. I admired and learnt from their courage to place themselves in the vulnerable position to make mistakes.
Moved by my own grief, conflicts and crises, I became interested in the world of therapy. Since 2015 I started trying different therapeutical approaches, training myself in those that contributed the most to me.
Síncresis Terapia is the project that I am now launching,
so that others can benefit from the same high level of professional help I have received.
Training as a therapist
I offer services as an NLP, Wingwave™ and LNT™ therapist.
I trained in Claudio Naranjo's SAT Program (integrative psychotherapy and enneagram). I collaborate in the Portuguese SAT Program since 2017.
I have been treated and supervised in Gestalt Therapy by therapist Carmo Gonçalves, Lisbon 2020—2024.
I have been trained in Aromatherapy by Jonathan Benavides (Essentia Nobilis) and João Silva. Workshops include: Emotional Aromatherapy, Energetic Aromatherapy, Binaural rhythms and essential oils, The power of synergy. Lisbon 2017—2020
